A Chainsaw Katana?! (Karina)

[Nazier]

The Danger Room was empty this evening. It was still early in the new year so everyone was getting there classes together, finding partners, or just socializing. Nazier was different, however. After being sworn in to the academy by the Head Master himself, he was provided a generic schedule so he wouldn't have to waste tine organizing classes. Also, because the girl who found him, Karina Lockheart, was a Technician, he no longer had to worry about finding a partner. It was all a very lucky series of coincidences that have befallen him. Too bad he couldn't feel the happy emotions that were more than likely supposed to accompany this.

His foot tapped against the floor. It felt hard, yet smooth, and it echoed. The vibrations transmitted through the room and then bounced back to him, painting a mental picture of the area to him. The room was large and the floor was flat, yet the overall shape of the room was a dome. More than likely, judging from the vibrations and the slight echo only heard by his enhanced ears, the room must have been a metallic color. Also, with another tap, Nazier could infer that the roof was also rounded as well as about two stories up.

This was definitely a spacious room to train in. The blindfold along the young weapon's face mixed in with his silky black hair as he turned his head towards the door he came in from. He was awaiting his partner, Karina. Today, they would practice bonding as a Weapon and Technician would. He would transform into his weapon form and she would wield him. It would be a good idea to get used to the type of weapon she would be using when they enter into a battle.

[Karina]

Karina was late, yet again. I hope he's there, she thought to herself as she raced up the winding steps to the training room. Her maroon brown hair flared all about her face.

When she reached the top of the steps, she burst through the doors. "Naz?!" She called out as she looked around. She took a moment to stop, as she rested her hands against her legs to catch her breath.

"Ahh man!" She talked to herself, "Damnit...I'm late yet again..." She turned around, ready to walk out the room. She'd completely missed Naz's weapon form, in the midst of her rushing.

"Maybe he's in one of the other rooms..."

As Nazier waited for Karina he began thinking, as he did most of the time when he was waiting. What he thought of, however, was of no significance whatsoever. To him, maybe his thoughts would lead to a breakthrough of some sort but to any regular person, trying to determine the exact combination of colors used to make up the darkness of one's closed eyelids. A small child would compare this to watching grass grow, but Nazier saw it as trying to piece together a phenomenon he lived with every single day. Of course, he wasn't getting very far. Sure, whenever his pupils would shift to a random direction, he would catch a quick flash of red, white, or purplish green, but he felt as though there had to be more, so he focused more. He stood completely still; a shadow within the middle of the wide room, staring into nothingness. He started to see something. He could see some forms of red flashes every now and then. He stared hard and hard until finally,

There was a crash as the door slammed open and all of Nazier's concentration was completely shattered. "Naz?!" Karina's voice screeched like an exhausted cheetah. He would have answered her immediately were he not trying to catch the shattered pieces of his latest mental puzzle as they fluttered away in the wind. He knew he should feel disappointed, but as usual, the feeling was suppressed by the band stung to his face. He was emotionless. Slowly, he turned to face the door where Karina was and heard what sounded like his partner about to leave the room.

"Karina..." His soft voice called out to her. "Good morning. How are you?" He mustered a greeting smile, knowing this is what you're supposed to do when you see a friend. "Are you ready to begin?"

[Karina]

Karina was about to walk out when she heard Naz's voice. Are you ready to begin?
She turned around, her brown hair beginning to settle in place. "Hmm?"

She smiled her warm smile, as she ran up to Naz and gave him a huge hug. Her breasts pressed against his chest as she kissed him softly on the cheek. "Naz! I'm so sorry I'm late!" Karina's cheek took on a rosy pink as she pulled back. She was in her usual attire: a skirt that reached just above the knees and a white top. She went without the suspenders, but had on her black leather gloves as usual.

She ran her fingers through her hair to straighten it out. "Yeah...I think I'm ready." She walked over to the corner of the room and dropped down the little black backpack she'd normally carry with her. She walked over to face Naz, beginning to put her hair in a ponytail.

Today would begin the first official training. Although Karina was pretty good at fighting, she knew that they needed practice in order to be better prepared. Karina pulled at her gloves a little bit, and smiled.

She looked up at Naz. "Are you ready?"

[Nazier]

As he spoke, he heard Karina stop, then turn towards him. A small smirk formed on his face as he also heard her running towards him. He went to spoke, but nearly had the wind knocked out of him when his partner's massive breasts pounded into his chest due to her embrace. If that wasn't enough, the soft kiss to his cheek gave his pale skin a vibrant peach tone to it. "Naz! I'm so sorry I'm late!" She sang his name with the voice of an angel, but he was still stunned by her mermaid's kiss. He could feel her body temperature rise slightly before she released him and took a step away, leaving his body to tingle in the aftermath of her embrace.

Afterwords, she replied to his question as she ran her hands through her hair, went along to the other end of the room to set her things down, and then returned to him eagerly. "Are you ready?" She questions, getting a sideways glance as a response.Didn't he just ask her?

Nazier shook his head, then a slightly focused look overtook what could be made out as his face. "Have you ever partnered with a Weapon before?" He hadn't known his new partner for very long, but his question remained relevant in any case. He faced her direction, though it could not be seen through the band whether he was looking into her eyes or not, and he continued to speak. "We're just going to practice getting a feel for each other's wavelengths." He began calmly though his smooth, deep voice. "Just hold your hand out for a moment, and when you feel me within your grasp, grab on to me."

He thought the moment called for a smile, which he offered to Karina in order to support whatever feelings she might have been experiencing. "I haven't partnered with anyone for a very long time. I hope you will be gentle with me." Though his words were sincere, anyone with a dirty mind would take all of his words the wrong way.

[Karina]

Karina bit her lip, feeling suddenly insecure about herself. "To be honest..." She shuffled her weight from left to right on her feet. "I haven't...ever... wielded a weapon before." She blushed a darker shade of red.

She sighed. "To be completely honest...I have no idea what to do. I came to the SRA under...." She paused for a moment and bit her lip so hard, to the point where it drew a bit of blood. The thoughts began to flood her mind. The men that used her touch her inappropriately. The nights she spent sleeping in the streets.

She coughed, the tears beginning to sting her eyes. "Uh-huh...well...I never really had time or anything to train with a weapon..I kinda just stumbled upon the SRA by luck...." She coughed again, looking at him and forcing a smile on her face. "But yeah..you know...I don't have much experience in that field...."

[Nazier]

Nazier tilted his head a bit more to the right. It seemed as if something was off about his partner all of a sudden.Although he couldn't feel her emotions, something told him that the mood just changed. He offered her another kind smile just to be sure and spoke yet again. "Don't worry, Karina. I'll guide you through the process. Now hold your hand out."

As he uttered this, his skin seemed to glow a brilliant shade lighter than it originally was. Soon, his entire being was glowing in a luminescent white light and the sleeves on his arms began to flow with the unnatural energy being created. Nazier began to shift into his weapon form with ease. He could feel his body dispersing into small atoms of wavelength before the brilliant white light completely overtook him then, as if black ink was spilled on such pure light, its glow darkened to an evil shade before taking the form of a spiritual snake.

Mouth open and fangs reared, this serpent lunged for Karina's hand, but did not bite. Instead, it wrapped itself around her palm before extending out into a long black rod that rested in the center of her hand. Once she gripped this spiritual grip, a slender steel blade was burst forth from this shadowy light forming a katana's edge; but with a twist. Once the blade had appeared from this shadowy mist, jagged edges, like shark's teeth, would encompass the blade, turning it into a katana-shaped chainsaw. This was the true form of Nazier the Chainsaw Katana. -----------v

[Karina]

Karina's maroon brown eyes shone with amazement. She'd never seen anything so entrancing before. "Wow...." she whispered. "Naz...you're..."
She laughed as she responded. "You're beautiful...."
She giggled as she held him horizontally. She slid her hands along his chain-saw like blade.
"Wow....." She laughed, as she began to cut at the air in a horizontal motion. She start to do a one-two motion as she would cut from the lower right to the upper left of the air and from the upper left to the lower right.

(OOC: I'm not that great at explaining movements....)

Karina stopped and stared at the sword. "Uh...." she laughed as her cheeks took that usual red rosy color. "What do I do next?" Karina felt so uncomfortable. Never had she ever wielded a weapon before, nor know how to maneuver one. She was going to have to heavily rely on Nas's guidance to get through the training.

[Nazier]

Nazier felt her warmth against his rod as she held on to him. She swung him around a few times just to get a good feel of him and he allowed her to do so. Judging from the fact that she could swing him around so easily he inferred that their wavelengths were very compatible. There was another sensation passing through his soul. It felt warm and it tingled him down to his very wavelength.

Was he feeling emotion? He couldn't tell. It could just be her unique and particular wavelength passing through him. She showered him with compliments as she swung him through the air. His blade whistled as it cut the wind, just like a traditional katana. Suddenly, she just stopped and held him before her and stared into the blade of the sword. "What do I do next?" she asked cutely.

A sensation vibrated through their connected souls, directly transmitting a message to her like the nervous system of her body connecting to her brain. "You're already doing exceptionally well." His voice echoed through her mind like a ghost. If this was her first time interacting with a weapon, this might have frightened her. "Since you can swing me around so easily, it means that our wavelengths are compatible enough for us to be partners."

He began contemplating a simple way to explain this. He didn't want to over complicate the explanation and confuse his new partner. "If you could not wield me, it would mean that we could not remain partners, but since you can, it means that we can continue to train together." The echoic voice continued within her mind. "Eventually,we can further increase our bond and grow as partners."

He paused for a moment to let this information sink in, and afterwords, he gave further instructions. "Grab on to me with both hands and try to envision my soul." By doing this, Karina would be able to see Nazier within his own spirit. She would see his body,and he would be able to see hers.

[Karina]

Karina felt the sensation that vibrated as their souls connected. "Whoa!" She yelled out in surprise. Since she'd never wielded a weapon, the feeling was an entirely new one for her.

"You're already doing exceptionally well." Naz's voice resonated in her mind, as if he were her very own conscious. She shook up a bit. She'd never felt a voice other than her own inside her head. It was an...interesting experience.

She listened to him as he gave her an explanation. "If you could not wield me, it would me that we could not remain partners, but since you can, it means that we can continue to train together. His voice insider her mind sent shivers down her spine , similar to water droplets sliding down a condensed glass of cold water. Ah....so that means that this is a good thing! She giggled and thought to herself. I wonder if he can hear me though......

"Hmm.." she whispered as she began to test. Naz is so sexy....I wish we could..... Her cheeks turned a blood red. No way! She thought inside her mind, wondering if he could hear her as she did so. She figured she could think something outrageous, just to throw him off a little bit. At least, that was part of it...another part of her didn't even know she could think that far about him. After all, he was her new best friend.

Throughout her playing around a bit, she had barely heard his request. "Grab on to me with both hands and try to envision my soul." She took one more moment to digest Naz's weapon form. For something so deadly and possessed..he sure has this incandescent beauty to him... she thought to herself, as she placed her other hand upon the hilt. Her eyelids enclosed her maroon brown eyes as she mentally prepared herself for what she was about to see.

"Okay....eyes closed." She whispered.
