Magister vs Witch, A duel of the elements?

Gincen layed cassually next to a river, quietly sleeping, he dreamt of returning to death city soon, but he knew it would be dangerous, infact a fight awaited him once he woke up, nothing he hadn't faced, but he knew a Judge Magister like himself wouldn't lose to a witch, he woke up slowly, yawning loudly he stood up and walked away from the river, walking instead into the heavily burnable forest, "How Droll, how boring..." he muttered, sitting in a tree.

Gincen watched from the woods on a little hut, cottage mabye, like that cheese, that terrible cheese from goat milk, he hated it, but whatever, he chuckled, placing his right hand on a tree and watched it suddenly burst into flames, the flames spreading around the house quite quickly, but never encroaching farther then the tree line.
